All you homemakers and even the bachelors need to check your pantry for anything made by Castleberry’s Foods.
Food recall: A Georgia meat processor has expanded its recall of canned meat products that may be connected to a botulism outbreak. Included is 10-ounce cans of Steak N Shake Chili. Since last week, Castleberry’s Food Co. of Augusta has now recalled more than 80 types of canned chili, beef stew, corned beef hash and other meat products.
This is a good time to clean out your cabinets and look for these items and all items that have expired. You can either return the Castleberry cans to a grocery store for a refund or donate them along with other expired canned goods to a homeless shelter. If you are a busy mother and businesss woman like myself then just feed it to the dogs.
